What is Networking?

Networking is the most effective way of growing your business. It is not what you know, but who you know, and who refers you to their trusted contacts.

In our group, since we all work with the same contact base, noticing opportunities to refer work to other members is just a matter of being aware of the other members needs and sending them the referral when you see it. It's a pure win, win, win for you, your contact, and your fellow BREN member.

Who is the group for?

If your customers are home owners, building owners, or landlords, or real estate investors, or property buyers, or property sellers, or tenants, or otherwise involved with real estate, then you would be a good match for our group.

So, let's say you're a Roofer, or a Painter, or an Attorney, or a Real Estate Agent, or a Mortgage Banker, or etc. Every customer you meet with may have the need of the services of another member of the group. This group dynamic effectively gives each of us a new sales force that is out meeting with the people we want to work for each and every day. If your business makes it's money from the Bronx Real Estate Market, then you should be signing up to visit a meeting of the BREN.

Our Meetings

Heard enough? Why not come to a meeting and find out how we are working together to build strong businesses.

Our meetings are held twice a month and it is mandatory that members attend the meetings. Our meetings are business meetings and we ask that they be treated as such. If you wouldn't miss a meeting with a client then you shouldn't miss a meeting with your networking partners.

Meetings are held from 6:30pm to 8:00pm and follow a proven format that works. We have dinner served during the meeting and will get you out on time.


We meet at Michaelangelo's on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm.
